Our vision is to be a South Africa local one stop source of comprehensive Food Safety, quality, and legal compliance and their related services. To coach and empower food safety professionals with knowledge required to promote food safety culture and not just tick box exercise.
About the founder: Sidonie Tshitita-
A passionate and solution-driven food safety and quality Consultant with 14+ years of hands-on experience.
Her deep expertise, built from roles such as Microbiology Analyst, laboratory manager and Quality Assurance Manager, covers the full lifecycle of food products.
Holding a National Diploma in Biotechnology, Bachelor degree in Quality Engineering, Accredited CQI | IRCA FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, and has advanced training in FSSC 22000, BRC issue 8, food fraud, food safety culture, root cause analysis, and multiple ISO standards.
She has a proven track record in food safety and quality management. Her expertise spans the entire production process, from supplier quality assurance of packaging and ingredients, blending/Mixing, filtering, carbonation, filling, pasteurizing, packaging, storage to distribution. Covering a wide range of products such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juices, jams, and spices packed in different packaging such as PET bottles, Glasses, aluminum Cans, Tetra packs, Grinders, hard plastic and foil, plastic and paper bags
She is dedicated to advancing quality and safety standards in the manufacturing industry.
Her passion for food safety drives her to coach and inspire other food safety professionals in the industry to become great and authentic leaders in the manufacturing industry.
